Personalized Custom Laser Etched Tumbler

First of all, the tumblers are of excellent quality. I couldn't be happier with them. My tumbler was one of their pre-set designs (Nurse's Stethoscope) that I only had to add my name and title to. It is so cool to know that I don't have to worry about the design or script pealing off the way a decal does over time. This is on there to stay! My husband's tumbler, however, was a special design that required graphics that weren't on their site. That didn't slow them down at all. I told them what I wanted, there was a bit of communication back and forth to be sure they understood exactly what design I was looking for and they nailed it. The only even minor complaint I had about my interaction with them actually had nothing to do with the company; it had to do with USPS. I could have walked and picked up my tumblers and come back home in half the time it took the post office to deliver them. I will definitely be a repeat customer.
