These glasses came later than they were supposed to, they were supposed to get here on the 10th and I didn't get a notification that they were delivered until the 15th and then my post office lost them. However despite being late they are good quality and weren't broken so I am very happy with them. When I reached out to discuss them being late (almost a week past their estimated time) and then being lost the seller did not offer any solution to resend them or anything, they may have if the post didn't get them to me and I had to say something else to them, luckily my post office did find them. The seller was nice but I would've liked some more guidance on them being late and then lost. Otherwise will probably use this seller again in the future for other glass etched items.
